  • Reversal of Chronic Inflammation
  • Stimulation of Collagen Production
  • Dissolution of Calcified Fibroblasts
  • Dispersion of Pain Mediator

DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND

Diagnostic or 'Real Time' Ultrasound is used by physiotherapists to assess how the layers of deep abdominal muscles perform, otherwise inaccessible by the naked eye. It can also be used to demonstrate and diagnose core muscle dysfunction that can predispose athletes to various pain syndromes.

In addition to the diagnostic role, the equipment can provide physiotherapists and athletes visual feedback to help retrain and correct core muscle dysfunction.

COMMON ANATOMY ASSESSED:
  • Abdominal and Core
  • Pelvic
  • Spinal
  • Hip

WHOLE BODY VIBRATION THERAPY
Whole Body Vibration Therapy stimulates involuntary muscle movement by triggering the 'stress reflex', which is an extremely rapid muscle contraction. This reflex provides additional health benefits to traditional exercises. This device combined with physiotherapy exercises can be very useful in treating certain conditions where muscle weakness or soreness is of primary concern.
